Are you passionate about designing high-performance test systems for cutting-edge electronic products?

We are seeking a Test Development Engineer to join our Validation Engineering Team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automated test systems used to validate our latest Inverter technology solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of automated validation test systems (hardware and software).
• Collaborate with global teams on multi-location validation projects.
• Define, procure, and commission customized test equipment for product validation.
• Analyze test data and ensure alignment with validation requirements.
• Manage development timelines to ensure on-time delivery of test systems.
• Produce full technical documentation: electrical diagrams, BOMs, safety compliance, and mechanical assembly details.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and maintenance of test systems.

🎓 Requirements

• University degree (Bac +4) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience working with standard lab equipment (DMMs, ARBs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.).
• Proficient in designing test systems, including mechanical and electrical integration.
• Familiar with documentation and safety standards in test equipment design.
• Strong skills in MS Office and design software such as ePlan, Visio, Circad, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or German is a plus.
