You have voluntarily provided us with your personal data. You still have rights to these data.

1. I don't want to be contacted by Adecco anymore.

You might receive some information from us, like: job offers (per email or SMS), Newsletters (per email).


1st way to decline
Go to your myAdecco candidate portal. Edit the tab named « My personal information », then in « I agree that the company and its affiliates can use my details to send me information about their services this may be by post, email, SMS, MMS, phone, social media, push notifications in apps and other means. I understand that I may opt out at any time. », and finally select « No » and « Save ».

2nd way to decline
In all emails you receive, there is a unsubscription button at the bottom, you just need to click on it.

2. I want to edit my personal information.

You can modify and update your personal data on your candidate account. Here are some information that you can update in your personal space: civility, address, phone, CV, availability, skills, personal documents.

If you can't update the information, you can:

Fill the following form: GDPR contact form and select « Right to rectification » at the question « What right do you want to exercise? ».

Contact our support department by e-mail at the following address supportfunctional@adecco.lu.

3. I want Adecco to give me my personal details about me.

Do you know that you already have online access to your data when you have a personal space on our site?

To consult your personal data, log into your personal account with your personal ID/email and password.

In case you want to know the integrity of your personal data that we hold, please follow one of the following procedures

Fill out the online form: GDPR contact form and for the question « What right do you want to exercise? » choose the « Right of access ».
Or
Contact your branch Branch Directory.

4. I want to permanently delete my candidate account.

Please note! Once deleted, you will not be able to recover the information contained in your account.

If you want to permanently delete your account:

Fill the GDPR contact form regarding your personal data, choose the « Right to delete » at the question « What right do you want to exercise? »
