We are looking for a collaborator experienced in data analytics to join the team of an international company based in the North of Luxembourg.

Your mission :

      You are responsible for the effective execution of operations processes inside the Department and provide an excellent level of service to internal and external customers, providing appropriate support, continue follow-up, optimize response time and regular communication to the different involved parties.

      You provide accurate documentation of daily activities and processes, analyze service operation data and ensure visibility through reporting.

      You are the single point of contact for issues, requests of new and active contracts and gateway between Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure that new contracts apply commercial, legal and operational guidelines and policies as defined in the process.

      You redirect issues / requests after first detailed analysis/checklist that cannot be resolved to the appropriate resolver groups and follow-up to ensure resolution within service level agreements.

      You support project for new product / solutions implementation.

      You have a full-time job for a 12-month engagement.


Your profile :


      Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics

      2-3 years experience in sales & operation including experience of systems, support, analysis and resolution

      Fluent in English

      Strong working knowledge of IT tools and data analytics / mining

      SAP knowledge

      Proactive and customer-focused

      Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities

      Accurate and structured

      Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
