You will be in charge of :

  • Administrative support for the Managing Partner
  • Phone calls, enquiries and requests
  • Partner’s agenda
  • Contact with clients, internal and external contact persons and service providers;
  • Organize various meetings;
  • Prepare presentations for conferences, training sessions and seminars;
  • Draft letters, reports and documents;
  • Preparation of invoices and expenses, follow-up with clients, internal and external contact persons

Your profile :

  • Experience as an administrative in an international environment
  • Degree in Administration
  • Fluent in English and French 
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Able to work autonomously and open-minded
  • Excellent communication skills
