Your mission

  • You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Economics
  • You have a min 3 years of relevant work experience 
  • You are curious and not afraid to try ; great learning skills 
  • You have the ability to influence others to work towards common business goal 
  • You have great organizational skills and a strong commitment to high quality
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English; French is considered an advantage
  • You have the ability to solve problems / challenges in a friendly and open minded manner 

Your profile

As a member of our HR team, this role enables you to actively support the people agenda in our Central North West region

  • Act as key contact for employees for HR related questions
  • Support people managers in their people responsibilities: provide operational support and business insights on recruitment, performance management, talent management and development;
  • Actively support the creation of a high performance culture based upon company values;
  • Actively contribute to maximizing people’s engagement through different HR initiatives
  • Provide key insight regarding employment law, policies and practices


Integral part of the role is to take care of the related administrative tasks:

  • Draft employment related documents (e.g. employment contracts …)
  • Be the point of contact with local administrations and providers (e.g. social security …)
  • Maintain people data in HR systems (holiday balances, absences
