Job : Procurement Specialist - 5-months-contract - North of the Luxembourg (area of Ettelbruck)

Is procurement support your field of expertise? Are you interested in managing and supporting the procurement process of an international industrial company? This job is made for you! 

Your tasks

  • Provide operational procurement support all along the process
  • Management of the bid process, bid analysis, first-pass sourcing recommendations and negotiations
  • Maintain & update all price information records within MACOS/SAP, be accountable for all integrity of this data in the regional operating systems
  • Be responsible for commodity performance metrics, analyzing business intelligence and reporting supplier data trends
  • Be in charge of business analysis and financial reporting
  • Be the primary point of contact for supplier communications and be responsible for process related to payments, invoice exceptions and cost of quality recoveries
  • Full-time job during 5 months (maternity leave)
  • Position in the North of Luxembourg (area of Ettelbruck)

Your profile

  • You have a relevant similar experience (between 1 and 3 years) in procurement / junior to senior positions
  • You are fluent in English. You ideally speak French and any other language is an asset. 
  • You are immediately or soon available
  • You are able to work in a very fast paced environment
