Your tasks
  • Oversee travel arrangements and operations
  • Manage relationships with the travail agency and vendors
  • Provide advise to end-users on travel documents, insurance, etc
  • Handle credit & loyality card programs
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
Your profile
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Fluent in French and English

As a plus :

  • Knowledge of online reservation systems
  • Working knowledge of the corporate travel industry
  • Understanding of travel policies and regulations
  • 1 year of experience in a similar function or customer service field in an international environment is preferred

Start date of the position: January 2020.

Location : Strassen

Duration : approximately 4 months
