We are looking for one H.R. Generalist (M/W) speaking English (level C1/fluent or native speaker) for one 3-month-contract with possible permanent work contract.

Your mission:

  • Talent Acquisition

Job posting/advertising, response management, initial screening

Interview candidates and selection

Support in the sourcing/hiring strategy for the open positions

Closely collaborate with HR Mobility providers for relocation: Cross RU/BU mobility coordination, Expat assignment 'governance', Immigration/VISA support.

Support with onboarding management - Integration 1:1 Interviews

New Employee Announcement coordination and local release.

New Employee orientation and integration

Hiring Statistics and Candidate Tracking

 

  • Compensation and Benefit

Support with employee transfer/promotion

Support in the annual salary planning/merit increase process

Strong and daily communication to the payroll team to ensure data accuracy

 

  • HRIS

Responsible for the accuracy of the HR data in the HRIS

HR Reporting

 

  • HR Administration

Administrative support and contact point for employee

Preparation of contract, addendums of Paternity/Maternity/Parental Leaves global management with relevant stakeholders (both external and internal).

Storage and maintenance of Employees files

Full offboarding management: Administrative, IT and HRIS related tasks, exit interview

 

  • Other HR topics

Support the team in the training and development cycle: coaching and mentoring statistics, reporting, logistics…

Support the team in the employer branding actions such as career fair management and follow-up

Support the application of local SHE policies

People Analytics & Reporting

Support, assist and back-up the HR Business Partner for all related topics

Support the team

Your profile:

3-5 years of experience as HR Generalist in Luxembourg

Good knowledge of Luxembourg labor law

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Proficient in the use of HR systems, Workday would be a valuable asset.

Positive, proactive, result-oriented, team-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High level of cultural sensitivity, diversity, and integrity

Strategic thinker who also has a strong attention to detail

Fluent in English
