Your Tasks:

  • Assist in legal and corporate documents
  • Assist with the upload and categorisation of documents on the company database;
  • Assist with the drafting, execution, scanning and saving of documents;
  • Support the team in organising board meetings (board packs, presentations, documents) and minutes
  • Organize the team’s outgoing mail and associated trackers

 

Your Profile:

  • Ability to work independently as well as demonstrate team spirit
  • Able to take direction and ask questions
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with dealing with database
  • English speaker
