What are your ambitions for this program?

I would like to bring awareness on Win4youth and on Plan International to those around me like my family, friends, colleagues* : contribute to this good cause. In addition, this wonderful journey will allow me to surpass myself. Win4Youth will also be a challenge to myself and my own limits. It is important that I get out of my comfort zone in order to know my physical and mental capacities. Finally, being an ambassador for Luxembourg is already a victory for me.

What is your favorite sport?

Yoga. For me, it's more than a sport, it became a real philosophy of life. This sport helps me relax and connect my body and mind, a form of meditation. I like to practice yoga after long days of work.

Running is also one of my favorite sports because it helps me stay in shape and disconnect my mind off things.

How do you feel about your level in running?

I think I have a good level of running, I train a lot. Being a challenger, my next challenge is the Paris half-marathon. Setting goals keeps me motivated and pushes me to strive for excellence in everything I do.

What about your cycling level?

I'm learning to clip and unclip my bicycle pedals for the moment… Cycling is unfortunately not my strength. But I am not discouraged! I've always been told that the key to success is motivation. I believe in it! With a lot of training, I would be ready for the triathlon.

And what do you think of your swimming level?

I started swimming for 6 months ago, indeed I have never had swimming lessons in my life. It won't be an easy challenge for me, but I know that with some practice I'll be ready for the D-day.

For you, what will be the main challenge?

As a beginner at swimming, my main challenge will be swimming in the sea with all the waves and fishes. I should be able to overcome my fears by using all my physical and mental strengths.

How many hours per week do you regularly train?

I regularly practice 5 hours of sport per week: running, yoga, swimming, aqua bike.
