Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for all departments
  • Update the recruitment database and reporting
  • Advice the Hiring managers regarding resourcing
  • Be involved in the performance management process
  • Coordinate the internal mobility
  • Help to improve staff engagement


Your Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • You have knowledge of Luxemburgish labour law Principles
  • You speak fluently English
  • You have strong organisation skills
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office
