Identifying your expectations accurately:

Selection of candidates: The skills of each candidate are systematically validated by a Recruitment Consultant who specialises in human resources for the sector of activity handled by his branch, during a face-to-face personal assessment interview. A spec sheet, corresponding to a particular trade, is analysed in-depth with the candidate in order to associate that trade to the kind of work and duties undertaken and the types of materials used.
Any request from our clients is examined and analysed by asking questions that are directly related to the elements featuring on these spec sheets, which can be instantly adapted depending on the market involved and its particular parameters.
You can therefore rest assured of getting staff who are suited to your requirements and you may trust that we will select temps based on an accurate knowledge of the skills sets and know-how that you require.

Contact with the candidates: We have a computerised system that enables us to contact up to 200 candidates in under an hour, providing you with guaranteed reactivity and enabling you to increase your productivity.

Successfully integrating new employees into your company:

Our exclusive Xpert assessment method, which was developed specifically for Adecco, enables us to assess three aspects of our candidates:

  • CAN DO (assesses knowledge and skills sets)
  • WILL DO (assesses the motivation and behaviour of a candidate at work)
  • WILL FIT (enables us to assess the match between the preferences of a candidate for a given working environment, and the existing culture and environment at the company where he or she would be working).

We will only put forward candidates who are reliable, hard-working, and able to meet your requirements efficiently.

Close monitoring of the progress of an assignment: after seconding a temp to your company, our Recruitment Consultants will keep in touch with you throughout the assignment in order to ensure that you are satisfied with the temp's skills and performance.
