Commitment no. 1: to ask you the right questions in order to better meet your requirementsAdecco pledges to carefully analyse:
Commitment no. 2: to answer yes or no but to answer promptly either wayAdecco pledges to tell you immediately whether the profile you are seeking is available on its database and to keep you informed of the progress of its search for a match within 4 hours* of your telephone call (unless we agree a different timescale). * Except at times when Adecco's branches are closed. Commitment no. 3: to guarantee the continuity of our serviceAdecco pledges to present you a new candidate * with 24 hours should any of our temps who is seconded to you be absent. Should Adecco be unable to provide you with a new candidate**, we will bear the cost of an entire day's work, to be discounted off the cost of the next assignment you book with us**. * or to seek an alternative solution with you (revision of the profile, of the term, of the organisation, etc.); this timescale excludes times when Adecco's branches are closed ** after the trial period, for any assignment lasting for more than one day, save in the case of withdrawal Commitment no. 4: to assist you in making your workplace safeIn order to reduce the risks of work accidents, Adecco pledges to inform applicants of any risks they might face as part of their duties when working for your company and to respect their right to withdraw* if they feel that they are exposed to a serious or imminent danger. Our OHSAS18001 certification, obtained in June 2010, guaranties a strict validation of their competencies. We are the only temps company to have two trained "travailleurs désignés" on the field. * this is the temp's right to terminate the assignment in the event of a serious or imminent danger after notifying the client and Adecco, subject to approval by someone at Adecco. Commitment no. 5: to meet your requirements as expertsAdecco pledges to field specialised branches which are able to grasp and fulfil the specific expectations of your sector, and to field professional contact persons who speak your language. |
