How are my wages determined?

Your wages are set in keeping with the statutory and contractual provisions that are in force at the company which will be using your services.

Who is in charge of paying me?

Important! In order to calculate your wages, we need to have access to the timesheets at the end of each week (or at the end of each month). These timesheets must be signed and stamped by the company where you are seconded on assignment.

When are my wages paid?

Your wages are paid on the 10th day of the month following the month to which they relate (for instance: if you worked from 14/01 to 27/01, you will be paid on 10/02).

How will I be paid?

You will be paid by bank transfer to your bank account (any transfer costs to be borne by you). It is therefore important that you provide us with your account number in writing in IBAN format.

Am I entitled to an advance on wages?

You can claim an advance of up to 80% of the hours that you worked (calculated based on your net wages). This advance must be requested in advance from your branch. Please note: no advance on wages may be paid if your file is incomplete (timesheet not signed by the company which uses your services, assignment contract not signed, etc.).
