Guaranteed benefits
Adecco, your caring partner- Your wages are guaranteed: they are set by the company where you are working, in keeping with the rates that are in force at the time. Adecco does not draw any commission from your wages. - You have rights too! Temping has been strictly regulated by the Labour Code and the Collective Agreement in force. You are guaranteed the same social benefits (public holidays, luncheon vouchers, child support payments, etc.) as on fixed-term or permanent contracts within the user company. - Your rights to unemployment benefits are maintained between two assignments, in keeping with the rules of the employment authority whose jurisdiction you fall under, with a minimum of formalities. - Many temps end up signing an open-ended contract of employment come the end of their assignment. In Luxembourg, temping is increasingly becoming a springboard to a permanent job. Nearly 80% of our temps are hired on a permanent basis after one or more assignments brokered through Adecco. |
