Your assignment
Presentation of your assignmentWhen your Adecco branch offers you an assignment, it will inform you about the tasks involved and the environment in which you will be expected to work, as well as about the recruitment mode involved. This is because our clients have three possibilities:
In either case, your branch will contact you to have you sign your assignment contract. And throughout your assignment, the team at your branch will be on call to answer any questions you may have. How will you contact me?You will normally be contacted by telephone. either by the branch itself or by our automated contact system in which case you will receive a message (SMS). What is the "automated contact system"?In order to notify you in real time about the assignments which your branch can offer you, Adecco has deployed a system known as the "automated contact system". When your branch receives a request from a client, the recruiter can send a message (SMS) to all applicants registered in the database matching qualifications and skills sets, as stored on the branch's files, match those that are required. In this way you can be immediately informed by way of an SMS message on your mobile or land line telephone (if the latter is SMS-compatible). In the message, you will find the contact details of the person you need to call back if you are interested in the assignment. The automated contact system is a genuine communication tool! It is also used to ask you to update the details on your file (contact details, administrative documents, availability, etc.). The automated contact system notifies you of available assignments in real time, as well as informing you of any documents which may be missing from your file and which are required for the proper administration of your contracts. This is a great way of keeping in touch with you, helping you with your job search and providing you with a proximity service. TimesheetsIt is vital that you forward all timesheets to us, otherwise you will not receive your wages. Your timesheets must moreover be signed and stamped by the company to which you are seconded. Your weekly timesheets must be handed in to the branch by the Tuesday of the following week, and your monthly timesheets must be received by the 4th working day of the following month at the latest. |
