What to do if you become sick or have an accident?

Whatever the reason for your absence, you MUST contact your Adecco branch as soon as possible (you may leave a message on our answering machine outside our opening hours).

What to do if you become sick or have an accident during your assignment?

A medical certificate MUST BE SENT TO US ON THE FIRST DAY OF ILLNESS AND WITHIN 48 HOURS.
You must also send to the C.N.S the first sheet on the same day, indicating your Luxembourg registration number on this form.
The company you were assigned to work for and your Adecco agency must also be notified as soon as possible.

If you have an accident:

• on the way to/from your workplace:
  • Please inform or arrange for someone to inform your Adecco branch as soon as possible and ask for the accident declaration form
  • Get your doctor to fill in this form, sign it and send it back to your branch
  • Do not forget to send us your medical certificate within 48 hours.
• at your workplace:

  Tell the client and contact your branch Adecco (your employer) - or ask someone do it for you - directly in order to fill in the work accident form (before going to see a doctor or going to hospital).
